  7. In a large bowl,combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  8. Spray your muffin tray with cooking spray or grease with olive oil.
  9. Scoop in the mixture.make sure not to overfill.
  10. Bake for 15-25 minutes on low heat.
  11. Muffin is ready when a skewer comes out clean.
  12. Enjoy with your favourite drink.
