  1. In una padella rosolare l'aglio, unire i pomodorini ciliegia e schiacciarli con una forchetta. Salare e unire le foglie di basilico, spezzettate con le mani. Cuocere la salsa a fuoco basso 10 minuti. Tagliare a cubetti la mozzarella e lasciarla in un colino a perdere il suo liquido.
  2. Cuocere gli gnocchi, scolarli. Unire la salsa di pomodoro, 2/3 della mozzarella e altre foglie di basilico. Mettere in una teglia antiaderente, mettere sopra la mozzarella rimanente e a piacere del parmigiano grattugiato. Passare sotto al grill a 250 gradi per 5 minuti.
