- On a medium heat, place a pan on fire and sprinkle few groundnut oil on the pan. (NOTE:- If you are a novice with pan works, it is advisable you work on or with "low heat". Secondly, the sprinkles shouldn't be excess. You are pan-heating and not frying).
- When heated you place the merged bread in the pan and heat both side, using a cooking spoon to press the bread down to the pan to get a well heated surface and flat shaped outcome. (NOTE:- On a medium heat, heating both sides takes 15-30 secs each. But on a low heat, it takes 20-40 secs on both sides. Also pressing the bread down with a spoon gives it a significant shape)
- When this is done, you can have your sandwich like that or with soft drinks or yoghurt…..Enjoy❤
