  6. Add seasoning cubes and salt and stir to combine..
  7. Wrap the Plantain pudding with washed clean Plantain leafs or Uma leafs. Or cook in small cans.
  8. Line the pot with plantain leafs and steam the wrapped pudding for 1hr
  9. Best eaten warm
