I was craving unripe plantain for a long time so I decided to quench that craving and make myself some interesting plantain porridge but before I could close my eyes and open them; unripe plantain started showing me sign for frying; I quickly changed. Plantain porridge is easy to prepare, it takes the same process as Porridge Yam, although, with a little twist and slight changes in ingredients. This delicious meal is usually made with unripe plantain, however, you can use a combination of ripe and unripe plantain, most people do this in other to achieve a faint sugary taste.   1. Peel and slice plantain,put in a cup and pour in water.but it wont cover it.
  2. Slice onion,blend crayfish and fresh pepper put inside the plantain.
  3. Add the palmoil,maggo cubes,and salt.boil for 15 minutes.stir with spartula and cover to boil for 10minutes again.
  4. Stir and turn off the heat.
