  5. Add your Palm oil into another put and fry your oil slightly then pour your meat stock into the oil and add your pepper and allow to cook for say 3 mins
  6. Then add your already chopped green leaf into the stock and allow to cook for say 5 mins
  7. Then boil your plantain and serve with your vegetable sauce.
