- In a pressure cooker add washed daal, salt, turmaric powder, Fenugreek seeds and all the chopped vegetables, and sambhar powder Cook it for 4-5 Whistles.
- Cool down the sambhar, Add temrind paste and Mashed it properly.
- Take a tadka pan heat the oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, Curry leaves. It becomes aromat.
- Put this tadka on the sambhar. Cover it properly. Serve with rice taste is yummy 😋
