  6. In una padella scalda un filo d'olio e fai saltare la zucca a dadini. Quando comincia a fare la crosticina aggiungi lo speck a listarelle e fallo incroccantire.
  7. Cospargi i kluski con la salsa gravy e il mix zucca e speck.
